Job Duties:
  • Provides high-level administrative and HR operational support to executive leadership and HR management, including complex calendar and meeting coordination with technical support;
  • HRIS and data management (People Soft, Neo Gov, LMS, performance and electronic filing systems);
  • recruitment and onboarding support (job postings, phone screens, interview scheduling, background checks, new hire/rehire processing); training coordination and compliance tracking;
  • safety and driver program administration; records management and employment verifications; cross-functional project support;
  • and coordination of HR communications, events, supplies, and departmental logistics to ensure efficient HR operations across all divisions.
Requirements:
  • Must have experience on the above duties. This position requires the candidate to have all of the above knowledge/ experience.
  • Must have a clean background
