What Makes You Stand Out.
- High school diploma or GED required
- An associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred
- 3+ years of administrative, receptionist, or office support experience
- Experience supporting HR and a notary cert preferred
- Able to lift 20 lbs.
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

- Greet and assist visitors, candidates, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and emails.
- Maintain visitor logs, issue badges, and follow security procedures.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries as needed.
- Keep reception, conference, breakrooms , and common areas tidy and presentable.
- Coordinate conference room scheduling and setup, ensuring rooms are organized, stocked, and cleaned before and after meetings or trainings ; arrange catering and lunch orders as requested for meetings and events.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Provide clerical support to the HR department.
- Coordinate with staffing agencies, managers, and HR to schedule interviews, weld tests, onboarding, and orientation logistics as needed.
- Maintain confidential employee records and HR files (digital and physical).
- Support HR projects, events, and internal communications.
- Assist in coordinating and executing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities, including benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, recognition events, holiday celebrations, and retirement gatherings.
- Responsible for ordering, maintaining, and stocking office and breakroom supplies across breakrooms, conference rooms, and shop areas to ensure consistent availability.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies ; submit orders for new supplies as needed.
- Support basic data entry, filing, and document management.
