We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Administrative Support professional to assist the Quality Assurance team. This role will focus on document preparation, reporting support, record maintenance, and general administrative coordination within a structured office environment.
Key Responsibilities- Create and format Word documents, PDFs, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations
- Maintain and file inspection reports and QA documentation accurately
- Assist in tracking and maintaining headcount purchase orders
- Support day to day administrative needs of the Quality Assurance department
- Manage shifting priorities and complete assignments with minimal supervision
- Provide additional administrative support as required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Prior experience supporting Quality Assurance, compliance, or technical teams preferred
- Strong communication and time management skills
