Position: Coordinator I

The Coordinator provides administrative support for multiple product lines, which includes issuing purchasing requests, D365 payroll data entry, revenue tracking, activity tracking system maintenance and other various ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma required.
  • At least 1 year experience with administrative duties.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office with emphasis on Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and meet goals and deadlines.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proven ethics, professionalism and discretion.
  • Must be detail oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare purchase orders (POs) as requested by Operations management, coordinate new vendor setups and changes. Includes communicating with vendors to support closing PO’s in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of employee hours and operational data into the D365 system.
  • Maintain and update revenue tracking systems.
  • Prepare field tickets and submit for invoicing, as needed.
  • Coordinate with operations, finance, billing, supply chain as needed to complete assigned tasks.
  • Assumes other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as required to support NDS product lines.
