Project Coordinator – Landscape Design/Build (Residential) – Full‑Time | Houston, TX | Construction Operations Support
We are a residential landscape design‑build firm seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support our project managers and field teams. This role keeps our projects moving by managing the administrative, financial, and logistical details behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do- Set up new jobs and maintain project documentation
- Create and track purchase orders
- Coordinate with vendors on materials, pricing, and delivery dates
- Prepare weekly billing packets and job cost reports
- Match vendor invoices to POs and work with accounting
- Input field logs (materials, production, photos)
- Support project managers with scheduling and communication
- Track change orders, deliveries, and subcontractor invoices
- Experience in construction administration, office management, or coordination
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail‑oriented, reliable, and proactive
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Familiarity with job management software (LMN, Net Suite) is a plus
- Landscape or construction experience preferred
- Bilingual, but not essential.
