Job Description Duties
- Responsible for assisting with dispatching & scheduling the delivery crew
- Tracking freight
- Typing & tracking proposals
- Answering & directing phone calls
- Working with subcontractors and the paperwork involved with them
- Handling customer inquiries and scheduling
- General office work
- Taking payments
- Dispatching & or administrative experience
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong math skills
- Clean record and okay with background check and drug screen
- Experience with Quick Books
This is a very fast-paced small office working very closely with other coworkers.
