We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the Founder/Chairman and ensure the smooth coordination of both business and personal activities. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and reliably manages multiple priorities with discretion.
The Executive Assistant will manage complex scheduling, communication flow, administrative projects, and personal-support responsibilities as needed. A high level of confidentiality, poise, and professionalism is required.

Executive Support:
  • Manage a dynamic calendar, including appointments, travel, meetings, and events.
  • Act as primary point of contact and liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare briefings, correspondence, documents, and presentations.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conference calls, and travel.
  • 5+ years supporting a senior leader or executive preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Professional presence and confident decision-making in high-demand situations.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
Personal Support:
  • Assist with a variety of personal logistics and household-related activities when required.

  • Ability to run occasional errands, support household service coordination, and manage scheduling for personal commitments.

  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality with personal, family, and business matters.

Availability and Responsiveness:

  • Ability to respond with urgency when priorities change.
  • Occasional weekend or after-hours support may be required based on business or personal needs.
  • Flexibility to adjust schedule and respond quickly when requested.
