- Confirming legal requests for records are completed accurately per client instructions
- Performing heavy data entry and documentation preparation
- Researching locations and facilities for records retrieval
- Preparing legal packets using client preferences and system requirements
- Internally tracking requests and following up as necessary
- Emailing clients for confirmations, questions, and status updates
- Handling problem requests, conducting research, and providing follow-up
- Quality checking all documents, entries, and legal paperwork
- Resending requests and providing additional documentation as needed
Faxing, mailing, and arranging hand-served legal requests - Saving and scanning all documents
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Possess at least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Have experience in litigation support record retrieval (preferred)
- Are reliable, dependable, and flexible
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Are customer/client-focused with effective communication skills
- Excel in time management and organizational skills
