The Administrative Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the organization's administrative functions. This position is responsible for overseeing daily office activities, managing administrative staff, and implementing policies that enhance productivity and organizational effectiveness. The role requires strategic planning to optimize resource allocation and improve workflow processes across departments. The Administrative Manager acts as a liaison between senior management and administrative teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative management or a similar leadership role.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate cross‑functional projects effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of office management systems, procedures, and relevant software applications.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong reconciliation skills and inventory management
  • Efficient in core Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Co‑pilot)
