- Perform entry‑level administrative support work, following specific instructions and subject to frequent review by the immediate supervisor.
- Answer the telephone, evaluate requests, answer questions, route messages, and/or serve as receptionist or front‑desk assistant.
- Assist in maintaining confidential information and records.
- Assist in performing inventory of materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Assist in processing routine documents such as vouchers, personnel records, titles or registrations.
- Assist with general warehousing duties such as stocking and issuing materials and supplies, maintaining records, and maintaining warehouse areas.
- Disseminate information to the public.
- Maintain files, records, and logs.
- Maintain radio contact with field units and others.
- Make copies and distribute as instructed.
- Open, sort, and distribute mail.
- Perform preliminary research on assignments and gather pertinent data.
- Perform routine word‑processing duties and conduct quality checks of documents created.
- Run errands as required.
- Perform other job responsibilities as assigned.
- Must be a student in high school or other educational institution, or accepted into a college, university, or educational institution.
- Must be at least 16 years of age, a student currently enrolled in high school or any institution of higher education (including a trade/vocational school).
- Employees at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license may be assigned driving duties and may use power tools.

- Light work:
