Key Responsibilities Sales & Administrative Support- Enter and process sales orders, purchase orders, and related documentation
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team
- Assist with order setup, updates, and account maintenance
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Respond to basic customer inquiries and route requests as needed
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure timely service
- Communicate accurate order and service information to customers
- Track and update orders, schedules, and internal systems
- Assist with parts quoting and order entry
- Help ensure accurate data entry to support billing and reporting
- Escalate discrepancies or missing information for resolution
- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset
