About the RoleThe Senior Administrative Specialist provides high‑level administrative and operational support within Sperry Drilling Services. Working with limited supervision, this role supports managers and teams by coordinating administrative processes, preparing reports and communications, and ensuring efficient workflow across internal and external stakeholders.
The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced administrative support to managers and technical teams within Sperry Drilling Services.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications with internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation supporting operational and management activities.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize numerical, statistical, or financial information as required.
- Assist with tracking operational metrics, project updates, and departmental reporting.
- Manage documentation, records, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support planning and coordination of meetings, events, and internal communications.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information to managers, employees, and external contacts.
- Apply established procedures while exercising judgment to resolve administrative or operational issues.
- 5–8 years of relevant administrative, operational, or business support experience.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to analyze information and prepare clear reports and communications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency with standard office productivity tools and business systems.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a fast‑paced team environment.
