Job DescriptionBeloform Craft is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Account Assistant to support our client service and account management operations. In this role, you will work closely with the service and administrative teams to ensure smooth communication with clients, accurate account documentation, and efficient coordination of service processes.
The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where organization and communication are key to maintaining strong client relationships.
ResponsibilitiesAssist with the coordination and maintenance of client service accounts
Support account managers with administrative and operational tasks
Maintain accurate records of client information, service requests, and documentation
Communicate with internal departments to ensure service delivery is completed efficiently
Prepare reports, account summaries, and service documentation as needed
Monitor account activity and help resolve basic service inquiries
Ensure all client information is organized and updated within company systems
Contribute to the overall efficiency and professionalism of the client service department
