Inventory Control Office Clerk

Overview

• Process customer returns.
• Participate in inventory counts as directed.
• Resolve discrepancies including quantity errors, high/low issues and miss-ships.
• Update and distribute daily reports.
• Responsible for creating, verifying, releasing and closing work orders.
• Responsible for receiving material (electronically).
• Understand and adhere to the safety rules and requirements in the workplace.
• Ensure warehouse equipment service needs, safety needs, workplace accidents and other safety issues are reported promptly.
• Enter job receipts.
• Sort, label, and archive documents into storage boxes.
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by Manager.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• 1-3 years related experience and/or training
• Experience working in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
