Position: Site Coordinator / Clerk / Timekeeper
Audubon is currently seeking a Site Coordinator - Clerk - Timekeeper to join our team in our Off Site Office. The Site Coordinator - Clerk - Timekeeper manages the efficient flow tracking of manhours onsite, assist with onboarding efforts, and filing package data.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Work with timekeeping software to input onsite staff and field worker manhours.

* Be able to troubleshoot hours and adjust hours in proprietary timekeeping systems for incorrect hours of pay. Learn how to use different timesheets software

* Be meticulous in confirming when an employee has arrived and left the jobsite for the most accurate pay.

* Learn how to assign Per Diem to workers.

* Organize new craft requisitions to the correct disciplines onsite as well as provide PPE before heading out to field.

* Always maintain an organized tracking log of all workers onsite and have a log of manpower curve.

* Coordinate remaining and bouncing of craft requisitions for when the job has been completed.

* Have a comfortable understanding on spreadsheets and data management tools.

Health, Safety, and Environmental Responsibilities:

* All employees are responsible for supporting Audubon Companies' Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. This includes:

* Performing duties in a manner that protects personal and team health and safety

* Participating in required HSE training, meetings, and reporting activities

* Identifying and reporting hazards, near misses, and unsafe conditions

* Following safe work practices and complying with applicable regulatory requirements

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

* Two years' experience in the construction industry.

* Must be able to obtain site and Safety training certifications required for the project.

* Construction safety practices.

* Knowledge of business machines, computers and/or menu driven applications.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and general office systems.

* Occasionally moving, kneeling, crouching, and carrying weights 30 lbs.

* Ability to communicate and report effectively.

* Aptitude in math and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

* Ability to read, comprehend, and carry out instructions.

* Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently when required.

* Ability to motivate, lead, teach and train others on proper work and safety procedures.

* Ability to think analytically, apply sound judgment, and solve problems.

* Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing.
