As our Administrative Professional, you will be an integral contributor to our operational success, providing comprehensive support to leadership and ensuring an environment of efficiency and high-quality service.
Every day, you will facilitate the streamlined operation of the office, managing diverse administrative functions and cultivating effective internal and external communication networks.
To thrive in this critical role, you will demonstrate exceptional organizational acumen, a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, and an unwavering commitment to anticipating needs and delivering accurate, timely support.
* Greets and Directs all visitors, vendors, physicians and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor
* Provides clerical support including answering telephones, greeting clients and visitors, making appointments and referrals, typing, filing, and routing mail
* Acts as direct assistant to the Vice President and handles special projects as assigned
* Arranges, Participates in, and Implements conferences and meetings
* Provides information to staff
* Manages Outlook calendar or multiple Outlook calendars, handles travel arrangements as necessary
Job Requirements
Required
* High School Graduate General Studies and Three (3) years previous administrative experience supporting an executive. , upon hire or
* High School GED General Studies and Three (3) years previous administrative experience supporting an executive. , upon hire
