We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Agent to join our growing team in Houston. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital liaison between departments, clients, and partners, ensuring that all communication flows are clear, timely, and aligned with company standards. This position plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of our internal processes and external messaging.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and external communication across departments and stakeholders
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence and reports
- Manage scheduling of calls, meetings, and documentation processes
- Track and follow up on pending requests, ensuring timely completion
- Collaborate with management to implement communication policies and procedures
- Support clients by responding to inquiries and resolving basic issues
- Maintain records of all correspondence and communication activity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an office or administrative communications role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Strong proficiency with office software (MS Word, Excel, email systems)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines
