We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Agent to join our growing team in Houston. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital liaison between departments, clients, and partners, ensuring that all communication flows are clear, timely, and aligned with company standards. This position plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of our internal processes and external messaging.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal and external communication across departments and stakeholders
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence and reports
  • Manage scheduling of calls, meetings, and documentation processes
  • Track and follow up on pending requests, ensuring timely completion
  • Collaborate with management to implement communication policies and procedures
  • Support clients by responding to inquiries and resolving basic issues
  • Maintain records of all correspondence and communication activity
Qualifications

Qualifications
