TITLE: Administrative Coordinator C
POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Administrative Coordinator C supports the Sales Department by handling projects and activities for marketing products.
QUALIFICATIONS:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in clerical work
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Detail orientated with strong organizational skills
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions
- Cuts product samples and affixes appropriate labels to product samples.
- Prepares advertising packages for mailouts.
- Addresses envelopes or packages and stuffs by hand.
- Collates advertising materials, i.e. letters, brochures, literature, quotes, or product samples for mailouts.
- Assist sales staff as requested with special mailouts and packages.
- Maintains inventory of samples and ensures all samples are of highest quality.
- Maintains inventory of labels, advertising literature and necessary office supplies.
- Prepares and maintains summary report of letter and packages generated.
- Arranges for mailouts to be mailed and delivered to post office in a time frame established by supervisor.
- Photocopies documents.
- Suppresses mail lists as needed.
- Operates and troubleshoots direct mail machines on a weekly basis.
- May type or enter information into computer to prepare correspondence, labels or other documents.
- May assist in the preparation for trade shows to include ordering samples and marketing tools.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
