PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Completes work according to standard procedures on assignments from the assigned Project Team.
* Prepares memos, letters, meeting minutes, forms and other documents.
* Generates reports to support project function.
* Enters, updates, and maintains data within project database.
* Edits and formats documents prepared by other team members to conform to Audubon standard formats.
* Organizes and maintains project files and project Share Point site.
* Reports administratively and receives direction from the Managers of Projects and functionally to assigned Project Leader.
* Develops a familiarity with basic engineering terminology and project control processes such as scope definition, design development, scheduling, estimating, cost reporting, CADD/reprographics, and document control.
* Uses the following office equipment, such as PC's, printers, fax machines, copiers, telephone equipment, and various other office machines to complete work.
Health, Safety, and Environmental Responsibilities:
* All employees are responsible for supporting Audubon Companies' Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. This includes:
* Performing duties in a manner that protects personal and team health and safety
* Participating in required HSE training, meetings, and reporting activities
* Identifying and reporting hazards, near misses, and unsafe conditions
* Following safe work practices and complying with applicable regulatory requirements
EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Required / Preferred Education & Experience
* High School Diploma AND 3+ years of relevant experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Capable of reviewing and approving deliverables for consistency and presentation.
* Ability to work independently within established guidelines.
