Location: North Houston, TX 77068
Type: Full-Time | In-Office (Not Remote)

We are looking for an upbeat front-office person to join our team! The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a front desk or administrative role and knowledge of Microsoft Office. This position is a key role in the team and requires attention to detail, willingness to be a team player, and prior event planning experience is a plus!

Primary Responsibilities
  • Answer telephone, take and relay detailed messages, screen and direct calls
  • Provide information & assistance to the team members, customers, and visitors
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness as needed
  • General administrative and clerical support, such as keeping an organized filing system, updating records and reports, and keeping lists of office expenses and costs
  • Prepare correspondence and documents; files
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Assist with appointments and meetings, including organizing conferences and assisting with meeting room reservations as needed
  • Help with event planning, catering for company events, meetings, and conferences
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment
  • Inventory, restocking, and supplies management
  • Keep and maintain a tidy office area
  • Help with travel and hotel bookings for all team members as needed
  • Handle office building maintenance requests
