About the Role
Responsible for prompt delivery of various on‑site work assignments, providing customer service and ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction. Requires flexibility to provide coverage at many sites throughout the region.
Responsibilities- Promptly inform supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
- Promptly review and respond to management and client requests via emails, phone calls, text messages and verbal communication.
- Maintain a strong focus on providing good customer service.
- Contribute to the creation of the Site Procedure Guide to ensure all account processes are properly recorded.
- Provide coverage at multiple location‑based functions such as Copy/Print Production, Copy Center, Copier Maintenance, Mail/Courier Services, Reception/Office Services, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Services, Warehouse, and File Room / Records File Services.
- Attend cross‑functional trainings to ensure ability to provide coverage when short‑staffed.
- Collaborate with multiple account teams to ensure a smooth transition of responsibility with minimal impact to client services.
- Responsible for prompt and accurate reproduction of all print requests.
- Review electronic files for print readiness, print documents, punch, bind, assemble, sort, laminate and perform pre‑delivery quality control checks.
- Receive, log, deliver and track all activity for reporting purposes.
- Respond to customer requests.
- Perform routine upkeep and basic maintenance of equipment.
- Record and track customer inquiries and fulfillment of requests.
- Perform daily convenience care functions as needed.
- Responsible for prompt and accurate receiving, sorting, delivery, pick up, and processing of all courier items, interoffice mail, newspapers, magazines and all classes of United States Postal Services mail.
- Track courier and accountable items (Fed Ex, UPS, Certified Mail, etc.).
- Research and route unidentified and generic mail.
- Receive, log, deliver and track messenger items.
- Respond to customer requests.
- Perform routine upkeep of equipment.
- Record and track customer inquiries and fulfillment of requests.
- Perform general front office reception duties such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, taking messages, scheduling conference rooms, and entering data into computer.
- Respond to customer needs and requests, accept deliveries and set up food and beverages for meetings.
- Possibly responsible for copy/binding/copier maintenance.
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience required, with less than one year of related experience.
- Basic computer skills/technical knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills and interact with new teams on a regular basis.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers' premises.
- May require driving between multiple client locations; personal vehicle and valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record may be required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to spend extended periods of time standing, bending, walking, reaching and pulling while performing duties.
Anticipated hourly rate: $17.20 to $23.37.
