Position: Premium Administrative Coordinator
Levy Restaurants - C [Office Assistant / Receptionist] As a Premium Admin at Levy, you'll:
Answer telephones and direct inquiries in a professional manner and maintain confidential personnel files;
Oversee the timely and accurate completion of all team member timesheets and tip entries into the payroll system;
Assist with onboarding and clock in orientation training for new team members;
Assist with staffing, including finding staff when employees call out on short notice;
Draft and respond to emails in a concise, timely, and professional manner;
Maintain thorough records of all email correspondences.
