Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Receptionist & Administrative Coordinator for a growing and well-established corporate organization. This is an onsite opportunity located in Houston, Texas.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Receptionist & Administrative Coordinator serves as the face of the corporate office, creating a welcoming and professional experience for visitors, clients, and employees. This role combines front desk management with administrative coordination, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and enjoys supporting a collaborative team environment while keeping office functions running efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, guests, and incoming calls, providing exceptional customer service and professionalism
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, visitor management, and front office operations
  • Manage the company fuel card program, including distribution, tracking, reconciliation, and employee support
  • Provide administrative assistance through data entry, document management, invoice processing, filing, and recordkeeping
  • Maintain office, kitchen, and workplace supplies while supporting conference room readiness and meeting coordination
  • Assist with general office projects, hospitality support, and cross-functional administrative needs as required
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in reception, office administration, customer service, or administrative support
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Positive, dependable, and proactive approach with a strong customer service mindset
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
  • Compensation: $21–$23 per hour
