Business Support Assistant (Japanese Bilingual Required)
Location: Houston, TX (Downtown) | Hybrid
Contract Term: August 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027 (1-Year Renewable Contract)
Japanese-English Bilingual Business Support AssistantThis position supports managers and project teams with office and administrative work.
It is a good opportunity to gain U.S. office experience and improve your business skills.
Main Duties- Email and phone support
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Prepare documents and reports
- Help arrange business trips and expense reports
- Support daily office operations
- Communicate with team members and business partners
- Support Japanese expatriate staff
- Japanese-English bilingual
- English:
Basic to Business level - Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to handle multiple tasks
