Gutters by Berger Home Services is looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Office Admin / Customer Service Coordinator to join our team.

We are a well-established gutter company with strong lead flow, busy schedules, and a fast-moving office. We need someone who can keep things organized, communicate clearly, and help make sure customers, sales reps, and installers are all moving in the right direction.

This role is a great fit for someone who is comfortable on the phone, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm when the day gets busy.

Responsibilities include:
  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer messages
  • Scheduling appointments and helping manage calendars
  • Following up with leads and customers by phone, text, and email
  • Helping qualify leads and gather job details
  • Updating customer records, job notes, and internal systems
  • Coordinating with sales reps and production staff
  • Assisting with estimates, job paperwork, and general office tasks
  • Helping keep daily operations organized and on track
What we are looking for:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable making and receiving phone calls
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Able to multitask without letting things fall through the cracks
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Phone sales or inside sales experience is a plus
  • Experience with scheduling, CRM systems, or service-based businesses is a plus
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
