Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting office management tasks. Bilingual abilities are a plus, as is experience with office software and administrative procedures.

Duties
  • Greet visitors, clients, and staff with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a positive first impression
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
  • Utilize office management software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Quick Books for various administrative tasks
  • Support office operations by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and assisting with personal assistant duties when needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area to promote a welcoming environment
Skills
  • Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally
  • Bilingual capabilities to communicate with diverse clients and staff members (preferred)
  • Experience with front desk operations, clerical work, or office management roles
  • Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist procedures (nice‑to‑have)
  • Ability to manage time efficiently while prioritizing tasks for maximum productivity
