Our client is seeking a dynamic and highly organized professional Senior Executive Assistant to support C-suite leadership in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This role is designed for a proactive individual who thrives on optimizing executive workflows, coordinating key business operations, and driving strategic initiatives across departments. The successful candidate will play an integral role in helping senior leadership stay focused on organizational priorities while ensuring smooth operational execution behind the scenes.
Responsiblitilites:
- Act as a trusted partner to the CEO and executive leadership, helping manage priorities, schedules, and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate meetings, travel, communications, and special events to ensure leadership is focused on high-impact objectives.
- Draft internal and external communications, prepare meeting materials, and track follow-ups and action items.
- Manage executive expense reports, calendars, and assist with social media or public-facing content where needed.
- Streamline administrative workflows and improve internal systems that support decision-making and communication across departments.
- Support the development and execution of key initiatives, events, and operational plans.
- Assist with reviewing contracts, coordinating vendor documentation, and maintaining compliance records.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams on special projects and company-wide initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 10+ Years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, supporting senior-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Confident, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate and address challenges proactively.
- Polished communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
