Sales Support Specialist

Were looking for a Sales Support Specialist to provide essential administrative and operational support to our Sales Team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, juggling priorities, and helping sales professionals focus on what they do best—closing deals.

• Supporting the Sales Team with pricing requests, bid set-ups, and documentation
• Preparing and managing prequalification forms and related compliance materials
• Assisting with CRM data entry, updates, and reporting (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Coordinating and organizing sales files, proposals, and contract documentation
• Serving as a liaison between Sales, Operations, and other internal teams
• Handling general administrative tasks that keep the sales engine running smoothly
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (you spot what others miss)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a "how can I help?" attitude
• Comfort working with technology and learning new systems

• Experience in the construction industry
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Previous administrative or sales support experience
