Billing Coordinator

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Billing Coordinator to manage customer invoicing, subcontractor billing, and customer account maintenance.
What You’ll Do- Prepare and submit customer invoices with supporting documentation
- Upload invoices through customer portals and email submissions by required deadlines
- Maintain subcontractor agreements and process related invoicing
- Post invoices accurately to customer accounts
- Track and follow up on outstanding billing items
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Participate in project management meetings and provide billing updates
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with data entry and invoicing processes
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong communication and customer service skills
