As the Administrative Assistant for Dura Pier Foundation Repair, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Responsibilities for this role include answering all inbound calls, transferring customer calls to correct department, contacting online leads, inputting all new leads/customer information on to our CRM, assisting with administrative duties, and delivery of all Permit related documentation.
The ideal candidate will be organized, have good written and communication skills, and must be customer service oriented. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsibilities:
Inbound Calls and Customer Leads:
- Answering all inbound calls and redirecting to correct department for Houston and Dallas office.
- When a new online lead or call is received, customer information is entered into our CRM.
- Once customer confirms time and date of appointment, project will be moved to the next stage in company CRM.
- Basic office administrative duties, including copying, document creation, document destruction, and scheduling.
- Delivery if Permit Applications
- Post-Repair Inspection documentation to job site
- Other duties as assigned.
- Customer service Administration or related field (preferred but not required)
- Exhibits excellent judgement; ability to manage confidential information.
- Customer De-escalation
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in both English and Spanish preferred.
- Good organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and strong attention to detail
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods and be able to navigate the office.
