- Enhance the talent experience by coordinating onboarding and compliance processes (background checks, drug screens, E‑Verify, I‑9) – including support for all payrolling business.
- Support recruiting and marketing efforts by posting jobs, helping with social media, and participating in sourcing or marketing calls as needed.

- Help maintain clean and accurate systems by closing out unpaid assignments post‑payroll and ensuring documentation is up to date.
- Assist with reporting for clients – including timekeeping, invoicing, or census/status updates.
- Support back‑office functions by distributing compliance notices, updating pay/bill rates, and coordinating with HR and finance as needed.
- Keep the branch running smoothly – from opening mail and ordering supplies to maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
- Actively participate in daily team huddles to stay aligned on branch goals and priorities.
- Friendly and approachable, with a natural knack for hospitality
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented
- Proactive, dependable, and great at juggling multiple tasks
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
- Passionate about helping people and supporting a team
- Competitive base salary with monthly commissions or bonus potential
- Generous paid time off and paid holidays

- A people‑first culture built on collaboration, accountability, and shared growth
