Job Description
Responsibilities:

Responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks related to Tubo Cert certification database.
Responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks related to Tubo Test exam software.
Filing of hard copy documents
Processing of classroom training files.
Purchase order processing related to office supplies, external quality audits etc.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Qualifications/Requirements:

High School diploma required; some college or college degree preferred.
3+ years of administrative assistant experience.
Proficient in MS Office with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
This individual must have a strong work ethic, be able to work independently, and work well with internal clients.
Must be dependable, flexible and a team player.
Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Bilingual - (Spanish) a plus
