Bilingual Receptionist

Position Summary

Stagg & Associates is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Previous experience working in a law firm, legal office, or professional services environment is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in both English and Spanish.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information regarding company services.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.
  • Maintain client records and perform data entry with accuracy.
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, scanning, and other administrative duties.
  • Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Support attorneys and office staff with general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service experience required.
  • Prior law firm or legal office experience preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working in a legal or professional office environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
