Role Description s:
Prior experience supporting Shell Capital Projects preferred with demonstrated understanding of IM standards, governance, and ways of working. Minimum 3 years experience supporting Capital Projects as a Document Control Lead, overseeing document control operations across the project lifecycle. Proven experience in Document and Data Control, including secure management, tracking, reporting, and quality assurance of project documentation. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining Document and Data Control processes and procedures, including document control procedures, numbering specifications, and archiving requirements.
Experience supporting Capital Projects handover, including document completeness, compliance, and readiness for transition to the next project phase or operations. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic Capital Project environment, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and EPC partners. Strong English language proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to support reporting, stakeholder engagement, and procedural documentation. Proficient in Power BI, SharePoint, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Assai, with the ability to administer and leverage EDMS and reporting tools effectively.
