Key Responsibilities- Assist with Global Investor Forum (GIF) activities and the GIF Operating Team as needed.
- Assist Investments Project Manager, Director of Equity Investments, and Global Head of Investor Engagement with various projects as needed.
- Generate timely research reports using various market data service applications, including extensive interaction with Microsoft Excel.
- Advocate for equity investors and participate in various projects that involve departments across the firm.
- Assist the investment teams in preparing for internal meetings, client presentations, and board presentations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports for assigned team members.
- Manage calendars and plan meetings for assigned team members.
- Assist assigned team members with various projects and requests as needed.
- Set up and order meals for meetings that require breakfast, lunch, snacks, or refreshments.
- Order and manage supplies and other items needed by the team members.
- Provide backup for other assistants, including Rob, as necessary.
- Perform other duties particular to the assigned teams and additional responsibilities as assigned.
- 2+ years of administrative/professional office experience.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must be proficient in document management and creation, with demonstrated ability to combine documents from all MS Office products and Adobe Acrobat into one seamless document.
- Ability to multi‑task under pressure with proven organizational skills.
- Ability to learn new software packages as needed, with the expectation to be proficient in a short amount of time.
- Curiosity and willingness to experiment with and become proficient with new investment research tools (e.g., AI tools).
- Proven communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work and effectively communicate with all levels in and outside the organization.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Working ConditionsEye strain from PC work; must be flexible for occasional overtime.
Workplace ModelEmployees are expected to work in the office at least four days each week, in accordance with Invesco’s Workplace Policy effective October 1, 2025.
