Position: Scheduler / Office Administrator

Are you organized, dependable, and passionate about helping others? We are looking for a motivated and professional Scheduler / Office Administrator to join our growing team! This position plays a vital role in supporting both our caregivers, clients and office staff, while helping keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Managing and maintaining daily caregiver schedules
  • Maintain records of client requests, employee requests, employee call-outs and the reasons.
  • Maintain positive communication and cooperation with clients, families, coworkers, and community.
  • Comply with all of the Agency’s applicable policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate, distribute, and track monthly caregiver education materials for compliance
  • Maintain and updating caregiver point systems
  • Maintain RN Delegation records
  • Ensuring all caregiver files remain compliant and up to date
  • Supervising and supporting caregivers professionally and respectfully
  • Assist with some human resources tasks, on-boarding new hires, or acting as a liaison between departments.
  • Assist with miscellaneous office and administrative tasks
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Compassionate attitude and team-player mindset.
  • Previous experience in scheduling, office administration, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and the ability to learn additional software systems as needed.
