Are you organized, dependable, and passionate about helping others? We are looking for a motivated and professional Scheduler / Office Administrator to join our growing team! This position plays a vital role in supporting both our caregivers, clients and office staff, while helping keep daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities Include:- Managing and maintaining daily caregiver schedules
- Maintain records of client requests, employee requests, employee call-outs and the reasons.
- Maintain positive communication and cooperation with clients, families, coworkers, and community.
- Comply with all of the Agency’s applicable policies and procedures.
- Coordinate, distribute, and track monthly caregiver education materials for compliance
- Maintain and updating caregiver point systems
- Maintain RN Delegation records
- Ensuring all caregiver files remain compliant and up to date
- Supervising and supporting caregivers professionally and respectfully
- Assist with some human resources tasks, on-boarding new hires, or acting as a liaison between departments.
- Assist with miscellaneous office and administrative tasks
- Other duties as assigned.
- Strong organizational, time management and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities and quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Compassionate attitude and team-player mindset.
- Previous experience in scheduling, office administration, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and the ability to learn additional software systems as needed.
