Chery Finn CPAs PLLC is seeking a Client Service and Firm Operations Coordinator to help manage client communication, document collection, scheduling, workflow follow-up, onboarding, and administrative operations for a growing CPA firm.
This role is built for someone who is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable keeping many open loops moving at the same time. The coordinator will work closely with the CPA team to keep client work moving, ensure deadlines are tracked, and help maintain a professional client experience.
Responsibilities- Manage client follow-ups and document requests.
- Track open client items and internal deadlines.
- Coordinate scheduling and meeting logistics.
- Support client onboarding and engagement workflows.
- Maintain organized client files and administrative records.
- Route information between clients and the accounting/tax team.
- Monitor shared inboxes or assigned communication channels.
- Help maintain task lists, workflow trackers, and follow-up systems.
- Support proposal, engagement, billing, or administrative workflows as assigned.
- Document recurring processes and help improve internal checklists.
- Protect client confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
