Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver accurate rental quotes based on customer requirements, project specifications, and equipment availability.
- Review customer inquiries and identify the appropriate equipment and rental solutions to meet project needs.
- Coordinate with rental, logistics, and sales teams to verify equipment availability, scheduling, and pricing.
- Maintain quote logs and provide timely follow-up with sales and rental teams regarding next steps and customer status updates.
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure a high level of customer service and efficient workflow.
- Assist with rental documentation, contracts, and administrative processes as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all customer and rental information is properly documented and updated.
- Support daily rental operations and contribute to the successful execution of customer projects.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in one or more of the following areas: customer service, equipment rental, sales support, estimating, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of administrative support experience in a professional office environment.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information professionally.
