WhatYou Must Have:
- High school diploma or its equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of office experience
- Ability to work with other employees and provide customer focused support for field agencies
- Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and computer literacy
- EMR and/or healthcare experience a plus
- Organized work habits, ability to multitask with accuracy
- Reliable transportation, valid Driver’s License and Automobile Insurance

- Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls with effective customer service and professional skills
- Receive and direct visitors and clients
- General clerical duties including, but not limited, to photocopying, fax and mailing
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Work with and support other team members
- Support staff in assigned project-based work
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and agency information
- Provide high level of customer service and professionalism
- Timely submission of all documentation
- Performance of other duties as required
- Ensure overall compliance with local, state and federal laws, Medicare regulations, and established personnel policies and procedures
