Temp to Hire – 3-month timeframeLocation:
Inner Loop, Zip Code 77098
Pay rate up to $15/hour, some OT possible
Schedule: M-F 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (possible OT 5-10 hours/week, which can be completed after 5 pm or on Saturday)
Job Duties:
- Will assist clients with any payroll or invoice details
- Answer incoming calls
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve client issues
- Provide technical guidance on software (will train)
- Input data from missing timesheets
- Responsible for accurate data entry for Payroll and Accounts Payable
Experience Needed:
- 2+ years of solid administrative or customer service experience
- Great attitude with professional appearance; must be patient and have the ability to walk through the use of software processes
- Must have precise attention to detail
- Microsoft Office including intermediate Excel skills, will be tested;
Vesta and Camp Time experience not required - Payroll and AP experience preferred
