Position: Administrative Assistant (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Multi-Management Company is seeking an energetic and motivated Accounting Assistant/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily transactions across multiple entities while providing administrative support. This role requires a strong understanding of Quick Books Desktop, experience in Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P), and excellent organizational skills. Only candidates with relevant experience will be contacted.

Successful applicants must undergo a background check.

Requirements
  • Education:

    Related degree preferred.
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
  • Knowledge of A/R, A/P, and Quick Books Desktop.
  • Language

    Skills:

    Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in managing accounts and transactions for multiple companies.
  • Ability to create and maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical).
Responsibilities
  • Record and maintain daily financial transactions in Quick Books.
  • Manage A/R and A/P, including invoicing customers and communications regarding payments.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, for financial and administrative records.
  • Support administrative tasks, including correspondence and organizational activities.
  • Create financial reports and assist in budgeting and financial planning.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize accounting and administrative workflows.
  • Provide support in resolving billing discrepancies and addressing vendor or customer inquiries.
