Multi-Management Company is seeking an energetic and motivated Accounting Assistant/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily transactions across multiple entities while providing administrative support. This role requires a strong understanding of Quick Books Desktop, experience in Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P), and excellent organizational skills. Only candidates with relevant experience will be contacted.

- Education:
Related degree preferred. - Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience. - Knowledge of A/R, A/P, and Quick Books Desktop.
- Language
Skills:
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing accounts and transactions for multiple companies.
- Ability to create and maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical).
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions in Quick Books.
- Manage A/R and A/P, including invoicing customers and communications regarding payments.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, for financial and administrative records.
- Support administrative tasks, including correspondence and organizational activities.
- Create financial reports and assist in budgeting and financial planning.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize accounting and administrative workflows.
- Provide support in resolving billing discrepancies and addressing vendor or customer inquiries.
