Overview

Join our team as a Financial Aid Coordinator. As a Financial Aid Coordinator at UTI, you will play a key behind-the-scenes role supporting students on their journey to success.

You will keep things running smoothly by handling important paperwork, following processes, and making sure everything is done right — one step at a time.

Responsibilities
  • Be the heart of our student support: manage the Financial Aid reception, ensuring students feel comfortable and supported from the moment they arrive.
  • Notify the team when students arrive for their critical appointments to maintain smooth and efficient service.
  • Take charge of our multi-line phone system, directing calls and providing helpful information.
  • Manage the mail system, ensuring every piece is processed with precision and delivered to the right hands.
  • Dive into a variety of administrative tasks, contributing to the seamless operation of the Financial Aid team and ensuring students get the help they need.
Qualifications
  • Education & Experience:

    a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience.
  • Bonus: prior experience with multi-line phone systems.
Skills
  • Organization: meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Communication: clear verbal and written communication.
  • People skills: strong interpersonal skills to build meaningful connections.
  • Multi-tasking: ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks with ease, meeting deadlines.
