Assistant IV
The Assistant IV handles the Accounts Payable functions, processes Invoices, creates purchase orders for the Budget Management Department. Duties which includes COVID-19 & Disaster Related Purchase Orders, Research Payments for Budget Management, and helping to establish new Departments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Requesting Purchase Orders for Budget Management
- Processing Invoices for Budget Management
- Maintain Court Approved/Non Court Approved Documents for Purchase Orders and Invoices
- Researching Payments for Budget Management
- Helping Various Departments when requested, with Purchase Orders, Invoices, and Researching Payments.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma.
- Two (2) years of general business office experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of the County
- Good communication
- Good attendance
- Computer knowledge

Position Type and Typical Hours of Work:
- This is a full-time position.
- Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Hours may vary based on the business needs of the department.
Work Environment:
- This job operates in a professional office environment.
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines
Physical Demands:
- This is largely a sedentary role; however, filing is required.
- This would require the ability to lift files up to 10 pounds, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
