Position: Executive Assistant (Houston)

The HT Group is partnering with a reputable law firm to hire a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to multiple attorneys in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll manage a variety of day-to-day responsibilities, including scheduling, document preparation, correspondence, and coordinating attorney workflows. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a role that requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Houston, TX 77027 (Onsite) | Pay $70-80k | Direct Hire

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to multiple attorneys in a fast‑paced legal environment
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for attorneys, clients, and internal teams while maintaining confidentiality
  • Handle phone calls, attorney time entry, expense reports, and reimbursement requests
  • Prepare, proofread, edit, and format legal documents, correspondence, and presentations
  • Maintain attorney files and coordinate mailings, courier services, and overnight deliveries
  • Assist with event coordination and other administrative projects as needed
  • Provide front desk coverage when needed, greeting visitors and directing guests to conference rooms
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience supporting executives, attorneys, or senior leadership in a fast‑paced environment
  • Legal or professional services industry experience preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience coordinating travel, meetings, and event logistics
  • Comfortable handling shifting priorities and occasional after‑hours support when needed
