The HT Group is partnering with a reputable law firm to hire a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to multiple attorneys in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll manage a variety of day-to-day responsibilities, including scheduling, document preparation, correspondence, and coordinating attorney workflows. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a role that requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Houston, TX 77027 (Onsite) | Pay $70-80k | Direct Hire
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to multiple attorneys in a fast‑paced legal environment
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements
- Serve as a primary point of contact for attorneys, clients, and internal teams while maintaining confidentiality
- Handle phone calls, attorney time entry, expense reports, and reimbursement requests
- Prepare, proofread, edit, and format legal documents, correspondence, and presentations
- Maintain attorney files and coordinate mailings, courier services, and overnight deliveries
- Assist with event coordination and other administrative projects as needed
- Provide front desk coverage when needed, greeting visitors and directing guests to conference rooms
- 5+ years of experience supporting executives, attorneys, or senior leadership in a fast‑paced environment
- Legal or professional services industry experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience coordinating travel, meetings, and event logistics
- Comfortable handling shifting priorities and occasional after‑hours support when needed
- Full‑time, onsite position
- Professional office environment
- Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility for extended hours during busy periods
