• Entering a large amount of sensitive data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the date input
• Ensure student documents, including but not limited to health, dental, vision and medication records are correct
• Resolve discrepancy of information and obtain further information for incomplete documents
• Review documents for accuracy
• Scan and file paperwork
• Assist with administrative task

• 1 or more years of solid data entry experience
• Typing speed of 45 wpm – must successfully pass a typing entry test.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work with speed and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and organized
• Great communication and follow-through
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
