Responsibilities:

• Provide direct administrative and operational support to executive leadership
• Manage scheduling, communications, and daily priorities
• Assist with real estate transactions, listings, and client coordination
• Support marketing efforts and project coordination
• Ensure smooth execution of tasks across multiple business areas

Requirements:

• Active Texas real estate license (required)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Professional, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
• Must be available for weekends and after-hours support as needed
