Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $24.03 - $28.85/hour ($50,000 - $60,000)

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to management and various departments
- Prepare reports, correspondence, invoices, presentations, and other business documents
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical records, files, and documentation
- Review incoming communications and distribute information appropriately
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and assist with scheduling activities
- Assist with special projects and additional administrative assignments as needed
- Provide front desk coverage during receptionist absences, breaks, and peak business periods
- Operate a multi-line telephone system and direct calls appropriately
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
- Accept and distribute deliveries and packages to appropriate personnel
- Manage company voicemail messages and route inquiries to the appropriate employees
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, overnight shipments, and courier services
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Support daily office operations and maintain a professional reception area

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum three years of administrative support experience in a professional office environment
- Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred
- Experience supporting executives or senior leadership strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
- Experience managing multiple priorities and working in a deadline-driven environment preferred
