Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Survey Department. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role that requires strong data entry skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a high level of accuracy.

The ideal candidate thrives in a busy environment, can stay focused under pressure, and takes pride in producing accurate, timely work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain job data and documentation in internal systems
  • Perform high-volume scanning and document management
  • Manage and track a large volume of emails daily
  • Process and generate invoices for completed jobs
  • Prepare and update schedules
  • Order title reports and supporting documentation
  • Process existing jobs and input new orders
  • Provide administrative support across departments as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Previous administrative or data entry experience preferred
  • Experience handling high-volume workloads is a plus
