* We are seeking motivated, organized, and reliable
** Office / Clerical Administrative Assistants
** to join our team in Houston, TX. In this role, you will serve as the professional face and operational backbone of our front office. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and handles administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
** Key Responsibilities*

** Front Desk Management:
** Greet clients, visitors, and guests with a warm, professional demeanor; manage the sign-in process and direct visitors to the appropriate departments.

** Communication Hub:
** Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls efficiently while taking accurate messages.

** Administrative Support:
** Assist with data entry, sorting and distributing daily mail/packages, filing, scanning, and maintaining digital records.

** Office Organization:
** Keep the reception area, conference rooms, and common office spaces tidy and stocked with necessary supplies.

** Scheduling:
** Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing basic calendar requests.

* Experience:
** Previous experience in an office, clerical, customer service, or administrative role

** Tech Savvy:
** Familiarity with basic office software (such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace) and general comfort learning new digital systems.

** Strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a dependable, team-player mindset.
