Description
To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to:
- Work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment with minimal supervision and direction.
- Manage Outlook functions including Mail and Calendar.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Determine administrative needs for conferences, meetings or other related high‑level activity.
- Coordinate supply orders, badge and security requests.
- Work with parking team to validate parking tickets daily.
- Take independent action on handling requests; determine the appropriate course of action, intervene where necessary, and act as a liaison among departments.
- Work closely with team members to gather and present information as needed.
- Utilize Microsoft tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Skills & Qualifications
- Education:
High School Diploma or GED required. - Relevant
Experience:
0 – 5 years of experience providing administrative support, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing reports. - Proficiency in Microsoft products.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 – $17.00/hr.
